Two decades of teaching, research and academic leadership
Dr. Aarti Milind Karande is the Principal of the Atma Malik Institute of Technology & Research Center (Engineering Degree/Diploma College), located in the Atma Malik Educational & Sports Complex, Shahapur. Before taking up this role she served as Assistant Professor at Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (S.P.I.T.), Mumbai, from 2012.
Her post-doctoral work at C-DAC developed a framework for managing business process agility within enterprise architecture. Her M.Tech at V.J.T.I. focused on integrated service management through Service Oriented Architecture, with the aim of business process standardisation. She holds two patents and professional certifications in COBIT 5 and Agile Project Management.
A well-known speaker, she has delivered sessions across India on entrepreneurship, machine learning, transfer learning and business modelling, and serves regularly as session chair, reviewer and judge for IEEE and national conferences and hackathons.
